RecommendationIn motor driver applications, SGTMOS is mainly used in Air-modeling ESC, electric vehicle controllers, and electric tools. We provide SGTMOS of 30V~150V, with carrier frequency around 20K Hz. Our SGTMOS has a high Vth value and optimizes heat-sinking capability of system through lower Rds(on). At the same time, our SGTMOS also has a larger PD and excellent instantaneous current capability, and can be compatible with BMS MOS transistors.
